Faculty of Education

FEd is mandated to offer degree programs in teacher training, and design and deliver new programs that reflect the expertise of UPOU and are responsive to teacher education needs.

Faculty of Information and Communication Studies

FICS is one of the degree granting units of UPOU that offers programs in Multimedia Studies, Computer Science, Information Systems, and Development Communication.

Faculty of Management and Development Studies

FMDS is one of the three faculties of study of UPOU. It was established in 2004 when the then Faculties of Health Sciences and of Management Studies were merged.

UPOU Networks

The UPOU Networks, managed by the Educational Media Production (EMP), is the online repository of multimedia resources produced by UPOU. Various stakeholders can access a plethora of knowledge in different types of media.

Due to the surge of demand for UPOU MOOCs, please expect delays in receiving confirmation emails upon MODeL account creation.

All MODeL accounts created since the posting of our 2023 MOOC Calendar last 19 January 2023 were ALREADY CONFIRMED. Users of such accounts may now proceed to log in using the credentials provided upon registration.
