Description: The Digital Workplace Competency Training (DWCT) program is a comprehensive initiative to enhance digital competencies in the modern workplace. DWCT promotes digital literacy and proficiency by focusing on developing critical office efficiency capabilities. 
Covering information literacy, communication skills in digital environments, digital safety, and solving technology-related problems, the training features modular micro-credentials for personalized learning pathways and accumulating digital badges toward certifications recognized by various institutions. 
It is designed by the University of the Philippines and powered by the MicroCASA Project to enhance digital competence in the modern workplace. It aims to build capacities for agile educational interventions in Southeast Asian universities. The project’s implementation in the Philippines is being led by the University of the Philippines System and the Ateneo de Manila University.
Date Offering: 6 Mar-14 Apr 2024; It is a self-paced training course where all activities and learning materials will be provided and facilitated asynchronously. This means that there are no scheduled synchronous and live sessions.
